"What is Ney doing?! Charging without infantry support?!"

Not bad, not bad.

To this day, some historians claim that the outcome of Waterloo was more Ney's fault than anything else. I don't entirely agree...if Napoleon had sent in his grosse bottes a bit earlier, perhaps he might have won. But who can tell at this point? Anyways, nicely done. Though Liebegirl is right about the leading horse's legs, their position only adds to the piece's excitement. Leave 'em as they are.

No-one can tell. Those are only speculations and tons of papers were filled by this topic...and they will be still.
No worries, this piece will never be fixed, it's too old now. And I would love to do some better version one day, so I can see if I've improved or not x)

You know it was Cambronne that uttered that famous word at Waterloo, not Michel Ney, right?

Aha! I thought you were ascribing the famous mot de bataille to old Carrot-top there. (Poor Ney, getting picked on because of his hair color!)

I used to do a LOT of Napoleonic history, so I can be a pedantic asswipe at times.

Yup, he had many funny nicknames.

Me too, but all the time haha xD I love to bore and mock people with that. But I'm also grateful when others correct me on something with which I'm not sure <:
